1. How much does appliance installation cost?

Prices vary by appliance type. For example:

• Dishwasher: from $160

• Washer/Dryer: from $180

• Wall Oven: from $240

These prices cover standard installations only. Complex setups, additional materials, or built-in models may require a free on-site estimate.

2. What’s included in the installation price?

Basic installation includes:​

• Proper leveling

• Water/gas/electrical hookup (to existing connections)

• Functionality test

❗ Supplies and modifications (like new hoses or valves) are not included and quoted separately.

3. Do you remove and haul away old appliances?

Haul-away is not included by default, but we can offer it for an additional fee. Let us know in advance so we can schedule it accordingly.

4. Do I need to provide any materials for installation?

If the required parts (hoses, vents, brackets, etc.) are not provided by the appliance manufacturer or existing setup, we can supply them — and will include them in your estimate before proceeding.

 

5. What if my space needs modification to fit the appliance?

Cabinet or countertop modifications, new cutouts, electrical or plumbing work are not included in appliance installation. We will notify you and offer an estimate for any required adjustments.

 

6. Do you install built-in or high-end appliances like Sub-Zero or Viking?

Yes, we do — but built-in and premium appliances require an on-site estimate due to complexity and specific handling requirements.

8. Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, same-day service is available in most cases, especially in San Jose, Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, and nearby cities — depending on availability.

 

9. What brands do you service and install?

We work with all major brands including:

• Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Bosch, Maytag, Frigidaire

• And high-end brands: Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, Wolf

10. Are your technicians licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We are fully licensed (CA Lic#48264), EPA certified, and insured to perform appliance repair and installation throughout California.

11. Do you provide warranty on repairs and installations?

Yes:

• Repairs come with 90-day labor warranty

• Installations come with 30-day workmanship guarantee

Appliance parts are covered according to manufacturer warranties.

Yes! We provide free estimates for most jobs, especially for complex installations (built-ins, panel-ready, gas connections, etc.)
