Central AC Installation
ABC Service sizes every system with a proper Manual J load calculation. Oversized AC short-cycles, leaves rooms clammy, and wears out fast — right-sizing is the single most important decision in the entire project.
A real Manual J accounts for orientation, window assemblies, insulation values, duct location, and infiltration — not just square footage. Right-sizing protects dehumidification, equipment cycle life, and the long-term comfort that oversized systems can never deliver.
AC Replacement
We install variable-speed and two-stage condensers from Trane, Carrier, Bosch, Mitsubishi, and Daikin, paired with matched coils. Inverter-driven equipment delivers 18–22 SEER2 in real operation and runs in the 50–60 dB range — barely audible.
Equipment is matched as a system — condenser, indoor coil, blower, refrigerant metering device, and controls — using AHRI-certified combinations. Mismatched components are the single most common cause of capacity loss and premature compressor failure in field installations.
AC Repair
Most AC complaints originate in the ductwork and airflow side of the system, not the condenser. We measure static pressure, isolate refrigerant and electrical faults, repair returns, and seal leakage so the system actually reaches setpoint without long, noisy cycles.
