Service requests

When you request service, we send your name, phone number, message, and the page address to Formspree to deliver your request. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message. Request delivery works whether you accept or decline optional cookies.

Cookies and your choice

We store your cookie choice in your browser so you are not asked on every page. Essential site functions, including your theme preference and account sign-in when used, are separate from optional tracking. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity load for every visitor in consent mode: until you accept, they are told storage is denied, set no analytics or advertising cookies, and send only limited cookieless measurement. The OpenAI / ChatGPT Ads pixel loads only after you accept cookies.

You can decline optional cookies or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing acceptance reloads the page to stop the loaded tracking tools and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies. This does not erase information already collected by those services or cookies on their own domains. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may show the banner again.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics and Google Ads measure page visits, navigation, phone-link clicks, and successful service-request submissions. Microsoft Clarity provides interaction analytics and session recordings, which may include clicks, scrolling, device details, and page activity. Clarity applies its own masking rules; we do not claim that all page content is masked.

When you accept optional cookies, OpenAI / ChatGPT Ads receives successful form-submission activity and phone-tap activity from abcbayarea.com for ad measurement. We send a lead_created event once after Formspree confirms a successful service-request submission. We send a phone_click event when you tap or click a telephone link; this records the tap, not a connected call or a confirmed lead. These events help measure advertising conversions.

Our tracking event code does not include your name, phone number, message, or other form-field contents in these events. Advertising and analytics providers may process browser identifiers, device or network information under their own privacy policies. Declining optional cookies keeps Google and Clarity in cookieless mode and prevents the ChatGPT Ads pixel from loading; you can still submit a request or use a phone link.
