Parking Lot & Site Lighting
We upgrade commercial parking lots, retail centers, HOA common areas, and pathways with modern LED pole lights, shoebox fixtures, wall packs, and bollards. Layouts are designed around uniformity ratios and IES files — not guessed from a fixture catalog — so the lot lights evenly without dark pockets between poles.
Exterior installs are built to last in real weather: corrosion-resistant hardware, IP65+ housings, surge protection at every pole, and conduit routed for inspection and future replacement.
