✅ Seasonal HVAC Checkup – Tuscana Properties, Loma Mar

ABC completed a seasonal inspection of the furnace and heat pump systems for our client Tuscana Properties in Loma Mar. The job was performed professionally, efficiently, and thoroughly — ensuring system reliability going into the new season.

We tested all major system components: fan, inducer motor, control board, thermostat, and ignitor. No issues were detected.

A full gas line diagnostic couldn’t be completed, as the gas line is currently disconnected from the propane tank and properly sealed.
